食用方法 How to cook
- 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
- 加入1.5 ~ 2L清水,大火煮沸后加入备好的肉骨和蒜头再煮滚。
- 转小火煮约1小时。
- 加入配料和调味后即完成。
- Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
- Pour in 1.5 to 2L water, add prepared pork ribs and garlic and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add ingredients and seasoning according to your preference.
- Ready to serve.
