订购与付款

Q: 请问购买东西一定要注册账号吗?

A: 不需要,我们会将您的订单资料发送到您结账时提供的电邮地址。不过,我们鼓励您注册账号以加速日后的付款流程。

Q: Should I register as a member to place an order?

A: We encourage you to sign up for faster checkout process in the future. However, it is not a must. We will send a confirmation email to the email address you filled in while checking out.


Q: How to purchase and make payment?

Q: Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

A: Sorry, we do not accept COD.


Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Sorry, cancellation and modification on orders are not allowed. Please check your order before making payment.


快递与运送

Q: 请问运费如何计算?

A: 本店将依据您结账时显示的实际产品总重量收取运费。详细运费计算请参考 快递及运送 。 


Q: 请问下单后多久会收到包裹?

A: 我们需要2个工作日处理订单并出货,包裹运送预计25个工作日内送达。如遇假日与促销则会有所延迟。

A: We charge the shipping fee according to the net weight of your order. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for detailed shipping fee calculation.


Q: When will I receive my parcel?

A: Generally, we will process and ship out your order within 2 business days. During holidays and promotion period, it may take up to 5 business days.


退换货问题

Q: 如果包裹或商品在运送过程遗失或损坏,我该怎么办?
