Ingredients: Ginseng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma / Fragrant Solomonseal, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Codonopsis Pilosula, Astragali Radix, Sichuan pepper, Radix Glycyrrhiza / Licorice, Star Anise, Fennel, Pepper Corn, Polygonatum Macropodium, Adenophora Stricta, Chinese Yam, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Sand Ginger, Cassia Cinnamon

Effect: Benefiting Qi and tonifying blood, invigorating spleen and dispel cold.

食用方法 How to cook

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
  2. 加入1.5 ~ 2L清水,大火煮沸后加入备好的肉骨和蒜头再煮滚。
  3. 转小火煮约1小时
  4. 加入配料和调味后即完成。


  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in 1.5 to 2L water, add prepared pork ribs and garlic and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add ingredients and seasoning according to your preference.
  5. Ready to serve.
